Originally from Ohio, Kyle holds a B.F.A. in Fine Arts with a Minor in Art History from the Columbus College of Art & Design and an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University's College of Computing & Digital Media. His unique combination of creative background and technical expertise enables him to bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives across diverse industries.

Throughout his career, Kyle has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies including American Express, Meta, Truist Bank, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. His research and strategic leadership have generated over $50 million in documented business value, from fraud detection improvements to user experience optimizations that increased adoption rates by double digits.

As a certified Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, and SAFe Agilist, Kyle brings deep expertise in agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. He has successfully mentored over 20 researchers and built three UX practices from inception, demonstrating his ability to scale teams and processes while maintaining excellence. His work spans service design, user research, product strategy, and organizational transformation, with particular strength in healthcare, financial services, and government technology.

An ordained minister, musician, amateur cosmologist, painter, writer, and self-published author, he finds inspiration across multiple disciplines that inform his approach to problem-solving and innovation. He spends his time making art, writing music and poetry, reading, cooking, and gaming.

Kyle lives with his fiancée Logan, their cat Stormy, and their dog Innocenzo (Enzo). He enjoys fast cars, fine cheese, bad puns, and good company.
