Adtalem brought my teams and I in to assist in an org-wide transformation. This includes an Agile transformation of the IT department and of the Product Management department. The functional/tactical aspect of the initiative is highlighted on this page. The tactical initiative can be found here.

As part of the strategic change, my team was responsible for leading product change in several areas of the portfolio group, including Marketing, Enrollment, Student Experience, Partner/Faculty, and Innovation. This particular case centers around the Enrollment & Student Experience space.

Adtalem began work on an initiative they call the Digital Experience Platform Uplift project, also known as DXP-Uplift. Our team was tasked with standing up a UX practice that incorporated the UX relationship into the role of researching and defining product needs in order to provide the best outcome for the end-users. We completed a competitive analysis of a tool used to estimate the amount of credits a transfer student may bring with them based on a database we developed. We also completed cognitive walkthroughs, heuristic evaluations, journey mapping, persona development, survey design & completion, 1:1 interviews, and design recommendations for each of the Uplift areas. The specific areas were Applicant, Current Student, and Near-Graduation Student portals
